Continuous sneezing can have several reasons and there is no real cure which can guarantee to get rid of this discomfort permanently. You need to try searching out the cause of continuous sneezing and to find out which home therapy will be best for you.

Introduction

Continuous sneezing is often a symptom of an allergy. Before you start with taking medicines or home remedies which are helpful to cure continuous sneezing, it is a good idea to first search out which kind of allergy you suffer. As long you haven’t investigated the cause of continuous sneezing you won’t know how to cure or to minimize the discomforts which will help you to give a comfortable life.

Can continuous sneezing be cured?

In many cases, continuous sneezing may not be able to cured, but some home remedies can be helpful to minimize the discomforts from the allergy you suffer. The symptoms are similar as these caused through a bacteria or virus. You may have the feeling of an infection beginning, but this is not uncommon as the symptoms of a cold and allergy are similar. It is necessary you can distinguish continuous sneezing from suffering an infection. If the sneezing is not related to an illness, then no antibiotics will help and that is why you need to seek home remedies for your health problem.

Causes of continuous sneezing

If you can find which kind of allergy you suffer from, you can try to avoid or minimize contact with these allergens to reduce sneezing. Continuous sneezing is often also a symptom of suffering from hay fever and caused by an allergy to pollen. For many who suffer from continuous sneezing, they are more likely to suffer during specific months or seasons of the year.

Of course, hay fever is not the only reason why you may suffer from continuous sneezing. It is also possible you are allergic to dust, pets, substances in cosmetic products or other products. It is best to first search possibilities to minimize contact with the substances you are allergic to. For example, if you are allergic to dust, you can use something to protect your nose from dust.

Home remedies

However, despite the fact continuous sneezing can often not be cured, there are several home remedies to treat the symptoms. Here are some home remedies which may help to relief the discomforts of this annoying health problem:

*Garlic

Garlic is a natural product which can be used if you prepare food and can help to prevent continuous sneezing; a side benefit is it may even give a better aroma and taste to your dishes. You can use garlic in your soup, prepare a garlic sauce while cooking vegetables or you add it to other dishes. Using garlic raw will be best for your health (for example garlic vinegar in salad dressings), but you can also buy garlic in tablets and use it as a supplement to your normal diet. You can put garlic oil on a paper tissue and inhale the smell of garlic in your nose. It is helpful for your lungs and will relief continuous sneezing.

*Nasal sprays

Nasal sprays can be helpful to relieve continuous sneezing. Before you use nasal sprays it is a good idea to first consult a doctor because not all nasal sprays are helpful for continuous sneezing and many nasal sprays can only be bought if you have a prescription from the doctor. Some nasal sprays have also side effects which can cause you more trouble than suffering continuous sneezing. Nasal sprays are helpful but your doctor can only decide if it is helpful to treat the symptoms against the allergy you are suffering from.

*Wash your hands

Washing your hands is always a good habit and you need to do it certainly after you shake hands and also before you prepare food. If you have pets, you certainly need to wash your hands before and after you touch your pet or any other animal.

*Vitamins

Vitamin C is certainly helpful to minimize continuous sneezing. Vitamin C will boost your immune system and reduces the discomforts you get from your allergy. Drinking citrus fruit is helpful and it is best to eat enough fruit and vegetables which are rich in vitamin C.

*Nettle

Using nettle is an efficient herbal treatment which will help you to get rid or to minimize sneezing. It is available in all health stores and can be taken as medicine or you can drink it as herbal tea.

*Drink plenty of water

Drinking plenty of water is always good to clean your body and will boost your immune system. It may also be helpful to reduce the frequency of your sneezing.

*Vaseline

Vaseline is a good product you can rub in your nasal passages and will prevent or minimize sneezing. It is best you use Vaseline many times each day and you will notice that you suffer less from continuous sneezing.

Conclusion

Continuous sneezing can have several reasons and there is no real cure which can guarantee to get rid of this discomfort permanently. You need to try searching out the cause of continuous sneezing and to find out which home therapy will be best for you.
